Sandrine Pigat
Sandrine heads up the Food & Nutrition department in Creme Global. Her expertise and passion lie in food consumption data and probabilistic exposure and intake assessments.
Sandrine leads global projects on predictive nutritional intake and chemical exposure assessment with major international players and is responsible for delivering training, support and data services to leading organisations in industry, government and academia using Creme Global's suite of Predictive Intake Modelling software tools.
Her background is in nutrition with degrees in Ecotrophology and Nutritional Sciences from the Justus-Liebig-University Giessen in Germany.
Sandrine is leading a Health Analytics Workshop at Predict 2015 with her colleague Cian O'Mahony. For those interested in data and analytics for food safety, nutrition and health, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Originally from Luxembourg, Sandrine speaks five languages and enjoys travel (which is fortunate, given her role) and good food (naturally) as well as being creative and learning new skills.
